PLAY FOR A CURE is a non-profit sporting event geared toward raising funds for a variety of awareness groups. The focus of the event is to gather as many New York residents to participate in, or spectate, a tournament where information about the selected awareness group is distributed. This year, SSSe Inc. - Play for a Cure has decided to sponsor American Cancer Society in raising awareness for all types of cancers, provide support for loved ones, celebrate survivors, and to remember those we lost.

PLAY FOR A CURE was created in 2013 by four students from Long Island University who are striving to raise awareness in their neighborhoods about breast cancer and want to help contribute to finding a cure. In 2014, PLAY FOR A CURE was excited to announce their new partnership with SSSe, Inc. In 2015, SSSe Inc. and Play for a Cure have decided to broaden their scope and contribute to many different organizations. It is our goal to educate as many New York residents on the importance of accepting the diversity around us and how knowledge, acceptance, and support will lead toward a healthier future for all generations to come. "I am very happy to see, in our third year as an organization, how much we have grown. It is amazing how the little things can bring so many people, so many smiles. This year will be just as amazing as we target Violence in our communities. Diversity is to be encouraged and those who are different to be accepted."
